Puente

Nathan Puente has owned a number of companies over the past 15 years that range from award-winning software and development agencies to agriculture operations as well as lobbying for the passage of legislation critical to the legalization of industrial hemp.

Puente started heavily in the industrial hemp space in 2016, beginning with formulation research and development with consumables and hemp genetics, and has since scaled to large-scale farming and extraction operations. Realizing the opportunity in the space, he started a hedge fund model called CEDE that established a financial opportunity model centered around farming futures and captive insurance with Lloyds of London. CEDE has actively managed more than 2000 acres under this model. In 2018 Nathan founded Pragma Scientific and Pragma Holdings as the new vehicle for farming operations and bulk extraction of industrial hemp utilizing supercritical CO2.

Over the past 2 years, Nathan has overseen farming operations in 10 states with more than 30 farm groups and gathered data from cultivars planted in those regions. Additionally, he orchestrated the greatest number of sales for bulk hemp and raw hemp-derived goods for several large-scale extractors and formed Sonder Fulfillment to produce the highest quality white-label products on the market. 

Recently, Sonder Fulfillment was merged in the public company, Golden Triangle Ventures (OTC: GTVH) that Puente is a Founding Managing Member of. Merging Sonder Fulfillment into a public traded company will allow the company to expand product offerings, increase reach, enter new markets, and more importantly, further its research into the conditions that cannabinoid products can potentially assist with, in a homeopathic nature.

As the Vice President of Sonder Agency Joshua Weaver leads and provides management oversight for all branding, digital marketing (including paid advertising), social media, public relations, and social media campaigns for Sonder Agency clients, as well as directs internal marketing and business development efforts.

With more than 13 years of creative agency experience, Josh has proven ability in managing and providing insight on large-scale marketing, branding, and public relations projects; including the $196-million-dollar Sun Link Tucson Streetcar project. This directly translated to Josh's position as Vice President and Director of Brand and Product Development for Sonder Fulfillment, where Josh has successfully formulated dozens of innovative and unique products and has led the design process and developed several large-scale brands from the ground up. 

Josh, believes that the visual elements of a brand should be fused with thoughtful product development and created in concert with each other. The harmonious intertwining of effective cannabinoid-driven products combining with elegant style is essential to producing and garnering the greatest possible audience.
